Caritas Foreigners Integration Program together with photographer Egle Cimalanskaitė invites you to visit the exhibition “Creating for Lithuania: Portraits and Stories of Refugees” and get acquainted with the people granted asylum in Lithuania, who contribute to the creation of the country. This is an acquaintance with creators in various fields: a medical student, the head of a non-governmental organization, a journalist, a park manager, a couple of photographers, a translator and other refugees creating for Lithuania.
Portraits and personal stories behind the word “refugee” show a real person and destroy stereotypes about what the settlers do in Lithuania, why they had to leave their homes and what dreams they have.
The exhibition can be visited at Caritas community center "House of Cultures" (Kalvarijų str. 39)
