Connecting Volunteers with Ukrainian Refugees in Lithuania
The Refugee Council of Lithuania is introducing VolEver, a new mobile app in Lithuania that connects Ukrainian refugees with volunteers who are ready to help.
Through the app, Ukrainian refugees can receive support such as:
-
language practice,
-
accompaniment to administrative offices,
-
help navigating the city and services,
-
everyday practical help,
-
online support and guidance.
Volunteers can easily offer their time, knowledge, and support — and make a real difference in someone’s life.
The VolEver app is available on Android and iOS.
How the Application Works:
Using VolEver is straightforward:
-
Register in the application.
-
Select your role: indicate whether you want to offer help or request support.
-
Submit your offer or request. Examples include: Language practice / Accompaniment to official offices / Guidance in local areas and communities.
-
Communicate securely via the in-app chat.
-
Complete and rate the support. Ratings help ensure safety and reliability for all users.
