New App in Lithuania: VolEver Connects Volunteers and Ukrainian Refugees

In a new country, even the smallest help can mean everything — a conversation, guidance through paperwork, help understanding the city, or simply knowing that someone is there for you. That is why the Refugee Council of Lithuaniais introducing VolEver, a new mobile app in Lithuania that connects Ukrainian refugees with volunteers who are ready to help.

VolEver is designed to make everyday support simple, fast, and safe. Through the app, Ukrainian refugees can request help such as:
language practice and conversation,
accompaniment to administrative offices,
help navigating the city or public services,
practical everyday assistance,
social connection and community support.
At the same time, volunteers can easily offer their time, knowledge, and support to people who need it most. Even one hour of help can make a real difference in someone’s life.
VolEver is not just about help — it is about community, connection, and solidarity. It brings people together and turns willingness to help into real action.
