The online training “Commercial Real Estate in Lithuania”

Today, May 20, 2025, we successfully held the online training “Commercial Real Estate in Lithuania”, which brought together over 110 engaged participants — entrepreneurs and self-employed professionals at various stages of their business journey.

The session offered practical guidance on renting commercial spaces safely and effectively, highlighting essential lease agreement clauses, common pitfalls, and how to manage responsibilities such as repairs, taxes, and utilities. Participants also received a comprehensive checklist and had the opportunity to ask individual questions during the live Q&A segment.
